Dial-A-Ride Big Rapids launches new rider app

Schedule and pay for rides on the app

BIG RAPIDS — Big Rapids Dial-A-Ride has partnered with The Routing Company, and its Ride Pingo app to make the service available to DART riders — the service will launch on Wednesday, May 8.

Riders, who download the app, will be able to schedule rides and pay for them on the app, simplifying the process, and to monitor where the bus is in real time.

As a promotional offer, Dial-A-Ride is providing free rides to everyone who downloads and schedules a trip through the Ride Pingo app from May 8 through May 11.
