The Routing Company and Mobility for All Announce Partnership to Expand Innovative Mobility in Bremerton, Washington
August 12, 2026 – San Francisco, CA and Bremerton, WA USA: The Routing Company (“TRC”), a global leader in on-demand vehicle routing and public transit technology, today announced a new partnership with Mobility for All (“M4A”) to support the launch of an innovative mobility pilot in Bremerton, Washington.
The partnership brings together TRC’s award-winning Pingo™ platform and M4A’s transportation and mobility expertise to help deliver a flexible, technology-enabled transportation option for the Bremerton community. The initiative comes as Bremerton prepares to introduce new shared mobility options, including an electric carshare and shuttle pilot designed to expand the ways residents and visitors can move around the city.
Through the partnership, TRC will provide technology supporting the shuttle service that enables intelligent routing, trip management, real-time vehicle operations, and a streamlined rider experience. M4A will bring its local and regional mobility expertise to the program, helping translate innovative transportation technology into a service designed and oriented around real-time needs of the Bremerton community.
“Washington has played an important role in The Routing Company’s story from the beginning, and we’re thrilled to continue building on that foundation with Mobility for All,” said James Cox, CEO of The Routing Company. “This partnership demonstrates what is possible when strong local mobility expertise is paired with flexible, rider-focused technology. Together, we have an opportunity to make it easier for people in Bremerton to access convenient transportation while demonstrating a model that can grow with the community.”
The launch builds on TRC’s established presence in Washington state. TRC began working with Kitsap Transit in 2021, marking the company’s first public transit agency partnership in the United States. The relationship has since expanded to support multiple on-demand and accessible transportation services across Kitsap County.
The new Bremerton initiative represents another step forward for flexible mobility in the region, combining shared transportation, electrification, and modern mobility technologies to optimize options for everyday people making everyday trips. By complementing existing transportation services with shared mobility technology, the pilot is designed to make local travel more convenient and flexible by providing communities with alternative options to single-occupancy vehicle trips.
“Mobility for All is focused on creating practical mobility solutions that give communities greater freedom to move,” said Greg Dronkert, Program Manager at M4A. “Partnering with The Routing Company allows us to pair local knowledge and innovative mobility models with proven technology. We’re excited to bring these capabilities to Bremerton and demonstrate how flexible, shared transportation can complement existing services and make it easier for people to get where they need to go.”
TRC’s Pingo platform supports on-demand, paratransit, fixed-route, flex-route, shuttle, and multimodal transit services for communities across North America and Europe. The platform enables riders to request trips while providing operators and administrators with tools for intelligent scheduling and routing, real-time fleet management, rider communications, and operational analytics.
The partnership between TRC and M4A reflects both organizations’ commitment to developing practical, scalable mobility solutions that make transportation more accessible and responsive to local needs. The Bremerton pilot will provide an opportunity to demonstrate how technology, local partnerships, and new mobility models can work together to expand transportation choice.
