TRC eclipses 5 million passenger trips using the Pingo™ platform

The Routing Company (“TRC”), provides on-demand microtransit, fixed, flex, shuttle, and commingled paratransit solutions that work for public transit agencies, private operators, non-profits, college and business campuses, and social service agencies. This past month, we are pleased to announce five million passengers moved on the Pingo™ platform.

This milestone is impossible without the partnership of our customers who help us live up to our mission: move the world. Without our partners’ collaboration on operational needs and product solutions, we could not continue to innovate to address the realities they see on the road everyday. We are proud that this collaboration continues to result in high customer satisfaction scores, in addition to industry leading app store ratings for our Ride Pingo™ and Drive Pingo™ apps. Above all, it’s about ensuring every trip our platform touches is a positive customer experience.
